We are human BEINGs, not human DOINGs. And society has conditioned most of us to DO, DO, DO, and offered little to no "training" in simply "being". Underneath all the doing in life lies some sort of BEING energy - is yours some version of peace, love or joy? Or some version of anger, fear or depression? Some combination of BEING energy is ALWAYS driving the DOING energy, however most of us don't consciously choose that BEING energy that serves us most. Cultivating that sense of BEINGNESS brings a greater sense of fulfillment, more "flow", and serve as a magnet in attracting what you want most in life. In this section, we'll focus on the powerful places of "being" that drive soulful fulfillment. Other subjects may include "peace as your primary operating system", "the art of letting go", living in the present moment, getting out of your head and into your body, and integrating spirituality into your everyday life. In the English language there are 2000+ words to describe negative emotions, and only 1000+ to describe positive emotions. No wonder so many of us find ourselves experiencing more negative emotions, there are so many more choices.
