Once again, it's that week between Christmas and New Years.  Hoping you and your families enjoyed the holidays in a memorable and cherished way...love, gifts, quality time together, warm thoughts, smiles and lots of Magic Moments.  I love this time of year, as it's an opportunity to reflect on those I hold dearest in my heart...family, old friends, business associates, clients, new friends, Soulfully Living subscribers, and people I shared treasured experiences with in the past year.  Every relationship holds a special imprint in my mind.  And, to each subscriber that I don't know personally, I thank you for graciously receiving my Soulfully Living.  I'm especially appreciative of all of you this year.  It's been a rather intense and challenging year with the release of my book, an engagement, book tour and living between southern and northern California.  Thank you for your continued presence in my life.

Soulful Spotlight - As 2005 draws to a close, it is a good time to turn inward and reflect on the past year, accomplishments, major events, traveling adventures, family time, magic moments.  Several years ago, I began a process with my clients called "End of Year Completion."  It's a wonderful way to 'move out the old' and bring in the new. I discovered this process with my first coach, and found it to be of enormous value to me personally, as well as for my clients.   It's a process I STILL do each year.  I encourage you to take the time to write down your own answers.  It's a great way to close out the year.Next week I'll include ideas for New Year Creation and goal setting.

Mini Update on Private Offering

In the last issue, I mentioned that I'll be offering a year long interactive coaching and life mastery program in 2006.  It'll focus on mastery in health, relationships, emotions, finances, "inner choice", inquiry, visioning and spirituality. Groups will be limited to 10-12. I won't be offering this through my website, only through private email invitation.  Invitations will go out in January, and the program begins in February 2006 (after everyone has caught up with holiday bills.)  If you'd like to receive an invitation, email me at mary@lifecoachmary.com. Write "year-long" in the subject line.  Those who have emailed me should expect an invitation shortly after the New Year.  I wasn't expecting to announce this in Soulfully Living again, but I wanted to communicate with those who have already expressed an interest.  You won't hear about this again, unless you receive a private email from me. This is an affordable option for a year of accountability, coaching and concentrated growth for those who want to make 2006 spectacular.

End of Year COMPLETION - This is an excellent tool to reflect upon the past year, get complete, and prepare you for setting new goals in 2006.  WRITE DOWN ALL your answers, especially the Successes, Wins and Accomplishments.  It's one thing to "think about it", it's another to capture it in writing!  Enjoy the process.1.  What are your disappointments, failures, and breakdowns?  Let's acknowledge what these items are....this is an opportunity to let them go, carry them forward, or make a new promise.

3.  What have you learned about yourself and your life? What insights have you gained?  True insights have the transformational capability of shifting us into a new, more alive place! As we are blessed with insights it is important to nurture and deepen these new understandings.

5.  How will you celebrate and honor your year 2005 accomplishments?  What would be a fun, special thing to do for yourself?
