Highlights and INSIGHTS...

I interviewed Dr. Wayne Dyer for one hour.  There were too many insights and gems to name here, however I've included several keys that stood out in my mind.

• Intention is that force in the Universe that creates everything in this world.  It is everywhere, and it is in YOU too.

• When we ALIGN with INTENTION, we attract our desires into our lives more quickly.  Align with intention by mirroring the 7 faces of intention and reducing the influence of the Ego.

• The 7 Faces of Intention are creativity, kindness, love, beauty, expansion, unlimited abundance and receptivity.

• Acts of Kindness - EVERYONE is affected by a simple act of kindness, including the giver, the receiver and anyone who witnesses the act.  

• Challenge to the Group - Do ONE act of KINDNESS every day for the next week.  What could be the ripple affect in the world if everyone took on this simple challenge?

• The biggest obstacle to aligning with intention is the EGO.

• The 6 Characteristics of the Ego.  
  - I am what I DO.
  - I am what I HAVE.
  - I am what others think of me.
  - I am separate from OTHERS.
  - I am separate from what is MISSING in my life.
  - I am separate from God.

• Let go of what OTHERS think of you.  It's not your job to PLEASE everyone.

• Selfishness is when we try to control others, to make them do what we want, and that is different from honoring one's needs and desires. 

• Our feelings are indicators of how closely connected we are to INTENTION or Source energy.  When we're feeling good, we're in alignment with Intention.  When we're feeling anger, sadness, depression, blame, guilt or frustration we are NOT in alignment with INTENTION.

• One of the most important phrases that Wayne focuses on is "I WANT TO FEEL GOOD". 

• The power of positive or negative words on Water.  Words create impact, whether we say them, write them down or think them.  Be sure to visit Dr. Masaru Emoto's Site.  Volume 3 of Messages of Water is now available in English. See banner to right.  See for yourself how thoughts and words impact water.

• Our thoughts shape our REALITY.  When caught up in negative or low energy thoughts...be WILLING to change them.

• To break an addiction, or realize a desire, focus on how it will feel when you have achieved your result.  Find the thoughts that align with YOUR vision.

• The power of FORGIVENESS.

• Do more for others than yourself.  Service is KEY.

What a tour de force, this call with Wayne.  He is my favorite author. The call was absolutely outstanding. This man is brilliant, he is wise, he is extremely intelligent, gifted and we all got to appreciate his undeniable gifts thanks to you for an entire hour. The time went by so quickly that there was only a short while left when I glanced at my watch for the first time and I thought: "Oh no, not already!" I could have listened to him for hours. Thank you so much for getting him to share his wisdom with us.   I can't wait to get his Power of Intention CD.   I'm already repeating to myself: I WANT TO FEEL GOD! I WANT TO FEEL GOOD! I love it!  I've been saying St. Francis' prayer daily. Now I can add: Make me an instrument of ABUNDANCE, FORGIVENESS, COMPASSION, SELFLESSNESS. I never thought of adding all those things I so want to see manifesting in my life! You taught me about the ego's 6 components in one of the Living in choice e-course and it was good to be reminded of what they are.
