The SECRETS to MANIFESTING...   More than any individual I know, Bijan is a master at manifesting, as evidenced by numerous stories in his book Effortless Prosperity and in knowing him through my dear friends, Michelle and John, who promote him and run his events.   I got a little "inside formula" when I spoke with Michelle this week, and I thought it -- too valuable -- to not share.   1.  High Desire - first and foremost, you've got to want IT, A LOT whether it's about losing weight, attracting a relationship, $10,000 or writing a book.  How high is your DESIRE?   2.  Be at PEACE inside about your goal or desire.  This step can easily be glossed over.  Stop for a minute and check inside yourself.  Are you TRULY at PEACE with this desire?  Perhaps you desire a relationship, but you're not totally at peace yet because you also value your freedom.  Or $10,000 sounds good, but there's a nagging feeling of unworthiness.  It's vital to be at PEACE with what you desire.  Congruency is everything.   3.  COMMITMENT - Do I have 100% commitment toward this?  Am I willing to do whatever it takes?  Am I willing to go for the long-haul and not change my mind about this when the going gets tough?  Something happens when we REALLY COMMIT.  Providence moves and miracles happen.  WILLINGNESS is a big component.  If you're not willing to change your diet, and exercise...you're not really COMMITTED to losing weight.  If you're not willing to open yourself to "dating" and "sharing yourself with others", you're NOT really committed to attracting a relationship.  When you're truly committed you're willing to do WHATEVER it takes.  Even those things that may not be appealing at first glance.  That's COMMITMENT.   4.  Spontaneous Action - Manifesting isn't about sitting at home and praying.  Action IS involved in "making real" nearly every goal or desire.  If you're not willing to take action, you're not really committed.  LOSE THE JUDGMENT about the actions you're taking.  When you repeat to yourself, "I don't really like working out" or "I don't want to do 'that piece'"..... you've just created RESISTANCE to manifesting your goal.  Without judgment, "an action" is just an action, and one step closer to making your goal a reality. Listen to your Spirit's Guidance...then act upon.  As Nike says, "Just Do It".   5.  Enjoy the Process - ENJOYING the steps along the way increases the speed in which you will manifest.  Positive emotions like peace, joy, and love are "high vibration" emotions and serve as magnets to the process.  Negative emotions create RESISTANCE. AN ONGOING MAGIC MOMENT - I had noticed a couple birds flying in and out of my patio for some time, and I never thought any thing of it.  Then a friend of mine was visiting, and we were grilling outside.  All of a sudden, we noticed a NEST had been built in my little fake fichus tree and a little bird gazed at us from within the carefully enmeshed sticks.    As the bird was frightened off momentarily, we peered inside the nest and saw TWO little eggs, about the size of an oblong maltball...white with speckles.  A few days later, I peeked again and there were now FIVE little eggs.     The Mommy Bird started spending A LOT of time in the nest, which made it more difficult for me to take inventory.  Two weeks passed.  Then, my suspicion peaked when "The Mommy Bird" was sitting higher in the nest.  I had to investigate the happenings, and gazed inside.   If I hadn't seen the eggs, I wouldn't have realized the teeny, tiny little "fuzzballs" at the bottom of the nest were baby birds.  Each day the little "fuzzball" pile has been growing!!!  One highlight was when the Daddy Bird flew away, and I witnessed 5 bobbing mouths open.....just like in the cartoons.   Earlier this week I was able to distinguish 5 beaks, wings forming, and the fuzz pile is nearly overflowing the nest.  Every day they GROW!!  Quite a sight!   It's amazing the miracles that can grow from a few sticks, a fake fichus tree, a committed bird and the nurturing of tiny eggs.  And, such is life.   Share a Magic Moment of yours.....email mary@lifecoachmary.com .
